Refunds and Returns


Refunds, Cancellations, Exchanges or Returns:
You are allowed 14 days to return your order for refund or to exchange an item.  Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, but will be reviewed on a case by case basis.  If an order is cancelled prior to shipping there is no charge.  There are no returns accepted on custom items or special orders.  All returns or exchanges must be returned as originally packaged and must be unused.  Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Reporting Damage, Discrepancies and Shortages
